To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a hands-on Commercial Analyst to strengthen our commercial team. This role combines customer-(facing) support with analytical and operational responsibilities—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

As a Commercial Analyst, you are a valuable player within our commercial team. You combine market insight with data analysis to provide strategic recommendations and identify commercial opportunities. You work closely with sales, finance, and operations to support business cases with the right data set to allow for informed decision making.This role is perfect for someone with a client-service mindset who is also excited to work with numbers.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to uncover commercial and trading opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and pricing tools to optimize commercial outcomes
Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to projects such as market entry or product innovation
Prepare and manage commercial offers, contracts, and oversee the full customer onboarding and order-to-cash process
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide excellent service through proactive customer interaction
Prepare montly reports by combining various databasis.
Report on commercial performance and key KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making

Your profile

HBO or WO degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
2–5 years of (relevant)work experience in a commercial or analytical role
Strong analytical skills and an affinity with numbers
Expert in Excel; PowerPoint and Power BI are a plus
Expert in AI usage
Basic coding skills
Experience with CRM systems
Proactive and independent working style
Excellent communication skills in English
