Job description
The Client Manager role at Titan Clean Fuels is a dynamic position that involves both short-term sales activities and long-term customer development. The role requires managing existing customer portfolios, negotiating sales contracts, and prospecting for new LNG customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing Titan's Bio-LNG and Synthetic LNG proposition and representing the company at seminars and conferences. 
  • Search for and approach potential LNG customer prospects, maintaining a funnel of new & prospect LNG customers. 
  • Analyze and gain deep understanding of the customer needs by talking to them on a frequent basis. 
  • Updating of client and prospect records & monitor payment behavior. 
  • Negotiate and execute sales contracts, both long term and short term, with customers and/or suppliers. 
  • Liaise with the trading desk to obtain the best pricing structure for our customers and finalize LNG sales deals. 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop the correct logistical setup for supply and analyze customer consumption or trading patterns. 
  • Engage with various stakeholders, speak to different functions and roles, and maintain close relationships with customers to understand their needs and growth plans. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and identify opportunities for growth driven by optimization. 
  • Co-develop the Bio-LNG and Synthetic LNG proposition. 
  • Represent Titan LNG in seminars and conferences. 
Your profile
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and driving sales in the LNG market. 
Desired skills and requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field. 
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in at least one more foreign language, preferably German or Spanish. 
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience with a deep understanding of the shipping and/or the bunkering market; experience in the energy market is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated good communication & marketing abilities, experience working in a diverse team environment is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical, numeric, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong Business Acumen, knowledgeable in current and future practices affecting the organization and able to make decisions in a timely manner. 
  • Shows entrepreneurship by recognizing opportunities, acting accordingly, and taking calculated risks when opportunity knocks. 
  • Independent, capable of working autonomously and taking initiative, but also collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.  
It's a full-time job and traveling is part of it, up to 20% of the time. Titan goes the extra mile for their customers so out of normal office hours working may sometimes be required. The Marine Fuels Client Manager operates as part of an international team in a fast-paced environment showing initiative and creativity to add value to a rapidly growing business.

  • Salary ranging from € 5000 to € 7500 per month, based on experience plus 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
