Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BioLNG) with a strong commercial and strategic mindset — someone who can turn opportunities into real projects and help drive Titan Molgas’ next stage of growth.
Your role As Business Development Manager, you’ll take full ownership of developing and expanding Titan Molgas renewable gas portfolio. You will identify, structure, and close new sourcing and sales opportunities, and translate market potential into concrete business cases and partnerships.
You combine market insight with execution power — able to move from concept to contract, and from relationship to revenue.
Your responsibilities include: - Driving business development activities across the renewable fuel value chain (biomethane,BioLNG)
- Identifyingandstructuringsourcingandsalesopportunitieswithproducers,technologyproviders, regulators,andinvestors
- Translating market data,regulation,andpricingintocommerciallyviablepropositions
- LeadingnegotiationsandclosingcontractsthatalignwithTitan’slong-termstrategy
- Co-developingpricingmodels,sourcingstrategies,andgo-to-marketplanswithinternalstakeholders
- Acting as TitanMolgascommercial point of contact for partners and clients
The role involves regular travel within Europe and close cooperation with Titan’s Amsterdam, Madrid and Norway's commercial and technical teams.
Your profile
You are a results-driven, entrepreneurial business developer who understands how to build markets, create partnerships, and deliver growth. You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to navigate between strategy and execution. You can bring an idea from concept to product — and bring that product successfully to market. You bring:
- 5+years of experience in business development, sourcing, or trading, preferably within the energy, fuel, or commodities sectors
- Proven success in originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial deals
- Strong analytical, financial and regulatory understanding of energy markets
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate vision in to tangible results
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel and to be based in Amsterdam
